Egg white - 2

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1/8 teaspoon

Coriander - 2 tablespoon

Parmesan cheese - 50 grams

Egg Yolk - 2

Salt - to taste

Parmesan cheese - for garnishing

Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 egg white, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice and whisk it well.

2. Add 2 tablespoons coriander, 50 grams parmesan cheese and mix it well.

3. Place a parchment sheet on a baking tray and make 2 clouds spooning a dip in the center for the yolks.

4. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 3 minutes.

5. Add the egg yolks in the hollow section of the whites and bake for 3 minutes more.

6. Garnish with some parmesan cheese and coriander.
