Coconut Macaroons

INGREDIENTS

Egg Whites - 4

Sugar - 110 grams

Coconut - 290 grams
 

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 4 egg whites and whisk it well.

2. Add 110 grams sugar and mix until it fully dissolved.

3. Then, add 290 grams coconut and mix it well.

4. Take a scoop out of the mixture and place it on a baking tray.

5. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180 °C. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove it from oven and allow it to cool.

6. Serve.
