Creamy Cheese Cutlet

INGREDIENTS

(For Batter)

All purpose flour - 150 grams

Corn flour - 70 grams

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Milk - 250 milliliters

 

(For Creamy Cheese Cutlet)

Grated mother dairy cheese slices - 15

Onions - 50 grams

Spring onions - 2 tablespoons

Tomato - 50 grams

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Carrots - 50 grams

Mother dairy fresh cream - 2 tablespoons

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon

Bread crumbs - 60 grams

Bread crumbs - for coating

Oil - for deep frying

 

PREPARATION

(For Batter)

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well to make a thick batter.
  2. Keep aside.

 

(For Creamy Cheese Cutlet)

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  2. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a cutlet.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Dip the cutlet into the prepared batter.
  5. Then, coat it with bread crumbs properly.
  6. Heat some oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
  8. Serve hot.
