Creamy Mushroom Buns

INGREDIENTS

Mother Dairy butter - 2 tablespoons

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 150 grams

Green chilli - 2 teaspoons

Mushrooms - 200 grams

Spinach - 200 grams

Mother Dairy fresh cream - 30 grams

Mother Dairy cheese slices - 10 slices

Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Burger buns - 2

 

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of Mother Dairy butter in a pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic and stir for a minute.

2. Then, add 150 grams onions, 2 teaspoons green chilli, and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown

3. Now, add 200 grams mushrooms, 200 grams spinach, and mix it well.

4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

5. Add 30 grams of Mother Dairy fresh cream and mix it well.

6. Then, add 8 Mother Dairy cheese slices and mix it well.

7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until the cheese is melted.

8. Add 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and mix it well.

9. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

10. Remove it for heat and keep it aside.

11. Take a burger bun and cut it in half.

12. Scoop out the centre of the bun and fill it with the prepared stuffing.

13. Cover it with a Mother Dairy cheese slice.

14. Place it on a baking tray.

15. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 2 - 3 minutes.

16. Remove it from the oven and cover it with another bun.

17. Serve hot.
