 Crispy Onion Pakoda

INGREDIENTS

Onions - 320 grams

Salt - 2 teaspoons

Gram flour - 160 grams

Green chili - 1 tablespoon

Coriander -2 tablespoons

Red chili - 2 teaspoons

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 2 teaspoons

Water - 100 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 320 grams onions, 2 teaspoons salt and mix well.

2. Rest 10 minutes.

3. Add 160 grams gram flour, 1 tablespoon green chili, 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 teaspoons red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 2

teaspoons chaat masala and mix it well to combine.

4. Add 100 milliliters water and mix well.

5. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry these till they are brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

6. Serve hot with ketchup.
