All purpose flour - 80 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Buttermilk - 200 milliliters
All purpose flour - 30 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Parsley - 1 tablespoon
Corn flakes - 120 grams
Onion rings - 80 grams
Oil - for frying
Mayonnaise - 25 grams
Sour cream - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Hot sauce - 1 tablespoon
Parsley - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 80 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon parsley. And 200 milliliters buttermilk. Whisk until smooth and keep aside.
2. In a bother bowl, add 30 grams all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon parsley. Mix well and keep aside.
3. Crush the 120 grams corn flakes in a food processor until coarse. Keep aside.
4. Coat each onion ring in the dry flour mixture, dip it into the batter, then coat it evenly with the crushed corn flakes.
5. Deep-fry the onion rings until golden brown and crispy. Drain on absorbent paper.
6. In a bowl, add 25 grams mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, and 1 teaspoon parsley. Mix well to prepare the dip.
7. Serve the hot, crispy onion rings with the prepared dip.
