Crunchy Chicken Spring Roll

INGREDIENTS

Egg Powder - 2 tablespoons
Water - 45 milliliters
All purpose flour - 200 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Boneless chicken - 200 grams
Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Egg powder - 30 grams
Water - 140 milliliters
Bread crumbs - for coating
Oil - for frying
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 45 grams
Bell pepper - 50 grams
Carrots - 50 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/8 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Egg powder - 2 tablespoons
Water - 45 milliliters
Lettuce - to taste
Oil - for frying

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons egg powder, 45 milliliters water and mix it well. Keep aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, prepared egg mixture and mix it well.
3. Add 100 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
4. Rest the dough for 20 minutes.
5. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams boneless chicken, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon vinegar and mix it well.
6. Marinate for 1 hour.
7. In a bowl, add 30 grams egg powder, 140 milliliters water and mix it well.
8. Dip the chicken piece in it and then roll it in bread crumbs properly.
9. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
10. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
11. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and stir well.
12. Then, add 45 grams onions and fry till translucent.
13. Now, add 50 grams bell pepper, 50 grams carrots and mix it well.
14. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
15. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder and mix it well.
16. Add 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar and mix it well.
17. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
18. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 5 - 7 minutes.
19. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons egg powder, 45 milliliters water and mix it well.
20. Take a ball from dough and dust it with flour.
21. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
22. Cut out it sides.
23. Add some lettuce and cooked veggies on it.
24. Add the fried chicken on it.
25. Brush the sides with prepared egg mixture.
26. Fold the sides and roll it into a cylindrical shape properly.
27. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
28. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
29. Serve hot.
