Crunchy Paneer Burger

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 150 grams
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 300 milliliters
Corn flakes
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli - 1/2 teaspoon
Paneer slice
Mayonnaise - 80 grams
Green chutney - 1 tablespoon
(For dressing)
Burger bun
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Cheese slice
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix.
2. Add 300 milliliters water and mix well to make smooth mixture.
3. Take a corn flakes, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli and mix well.
4. Take a paneer slice, dip into a mixture and roll in corn flakes mixture.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. In a mixing bowl, add 80 grams mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon green chutney and mix well to combine.
7. Take a burger bun and toast them lightly on a tawa.
8. Apply mint - mayonnaise chutney over the bun halves.
9. Place lettuce, Fried paneer, tomato slices, Cheese slice.
10. Top with a lettuce leaf and cover with an upper half of the bun.
11. Serve.
