Crunchy Paneer Rolls

INGREDIENTS
Grated paneer - 150 grams
Boiled mashed potatoes - 80 grams
Mozzarella cheese - 30 grams
Red chili sauce - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric - 1/8 teaspoon
Coriander - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 70 grams
Water - 150 milliliters
Vermicelli

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except all purpose flour and water. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Add 70 grams all purpose flour in a bowl, add 150 milliliters water and mix well.
3. Take a small amount of paneer mixture and shape them into a cylindrical roll.
4. Dip it into the all purpose flour mixture and roll them in vermicelli till it is evenly coated from all the sides.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry until golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. Serve hot with ketchup.
