Dahi Bread Roll

INGREDIENTS

Yogurt - 160 grams

Paneer - 190 grams

Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Onions - 2 tablespoons

Bell pepper - 2 tablespoons

Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Bread slices

Water

Oil - for frying

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 160 grams yogurt, 190 grams paneer, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 2 tablespoons onions, 2 tablespoons bell pepper, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 teaspoon salt and mix all the ingredients well.

2. Take a bread slice and cut it’s all edges. Flatten the bread slice with the rolling pin. Apply some water on its sides.

3. Add some mixture on top of it and roll it tightly. Seal it’s sides well.

4. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy.

5. Serve.
