INGREDIENTS


 Dragon Paneer

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Paneer - 300 grams

Corn flour - 30 grams

Oil - for frying

Spinach - 50 grams

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Ginger - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 40 grams

Water - 110 milliliters

Red chili paste - 1 tablespoon

Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon

Ketchup - 2 tablespoons

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, add 300 grams paneer, 30 grams corn flour and mix it well.

2. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry these till they are brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper. Keep aside.

3. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry 50 grams spinach for 1 minute. Drain it on an absorbent paper. Keep aside.

4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 teaspoon green chili and saute for 2 - 3 minutes or until the it turns golden brown in color.

5. Add 40 grams onions and fry till translucent.

6. Now, add 110 milliliters water and mix well.

7. Then, add 1 tablespoon red chili paste, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup and mix it well.

8. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook till the gravy thickens.

9. Now, add the fried paneer in it and mix it well.

10. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it again.

11. Garnish with fried spinach leaves.

12. Serve hot.
