Easy Chicken Bread

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Yeast - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Egg - 1
Water
Oil - 50 milliliters
Onions - 95 grams
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Minced chicken - 500 grams
White pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Chili garlic sauce - 1/2 tablespoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Oil - for brushing
Egg wash - for brushing
White sesame - to taste
Nigella seeds - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 egg and mix well.
2. Add sufficient water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
3. Rest the dough for 3 hours.
4. Heat 50 milliliters oil in a pan, add 95 grams onions and fry till translucent.
5. Add 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
6. Now, add 500 grams minced chicken and mix well. Cook the chicken for 10 - 15 minutes or until it changes it color.
7. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce, 1 teaspoon green chili and mix it well.
8. Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes.
9. Flatten the dough circle, sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a roller to make a base. Cut it into a square.
10. Now place cuts at the sides of the dough, place the chicken mixture at this dough and close its upper and lower cutter sides.
11. Brush the chicken bread with butter and egg wash.
12. Garnish with white sesame seeds and nigella seeds.
13. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 minutes.
14. Serve hot.
