INGREDIENTS
Apple - 150 grams
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Peanut butter - 2 tablespoons
Oats - 100 grams
Milk - 200 milliliters

PREPARATION


1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend it into a puree.
2. Pour the smoothie into a serving glass.
3. Garnish with apple slice.
4. Serve.
