INGREDIENTS
Water - 400 milliliters
Maggi noodles - 120 grams
Boiled eggs - 4
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 75 grams
Garlic - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 2 tablespoons
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Cherry tomato - 60 grams
Maggi masala - 1 pack
Coriander - 2 1/2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
1. Boil 400 milliliters water in a pan, add 120 grams maggi noodles, mix well and cook on a medium heat for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Drain.
2. Take 4 boiled eggs and cut them into small pieces.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a pan, add 75 grams onions, 2 tablespoons garlic and stir.
4. Add 2 tablespoons green chili and stir again.
5. Add boiled eggs in it, add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 60 grams cherry tomato and mix well.
6. Add the boiled maggi noodles, 1 pack maggi masala and mix well.
7. Add 2 1/2 tablespoons coriander and mix well.
8. Serve.
