Garlic Bread Pasta

INGREDIENTS
Water - 1.5 litres
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Macaroni - 400 grams
Butter - 45 grams
Bread crumbs - 85 grams
Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Kosher salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Butter - 85 grams
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1.5 litres of water in a heavy pot, add 1 teaspoon oil, 400 grams macaroni and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil and cook till the macaroni is boiled.
3. Drain and keep aside.
4. Heat 45 grams butter in a pan, add 85 grams bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and roast till it
turns golden brown in color.
5. In a bowl, add 85 grams butter, 1 teaspoon garlic and microwave it for one minute.
6. In a mixing bowl, add boiled pasta butter mixture and bread crumbs mixture.
7. Mix all the ingredients well.
8. Garnish with coriander.
9. Serve.
