Garlic Chicken Cheese Balls
Servings - 3 - 5

 

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 70 grams
Water - 200 milliliters
Minced chicken - 400 grams
Onion powder - 1 tablespoon
Minced garlic - 1/2 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 tablespoon
Oregano - 2 teaspoons
Mozzarella cheese
Eggs
Bread crumbs

 

PREPARATION


1. Add 200 milliliters water in 70 grams all purpose flour and mix it well to make a paste.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 400 grams minced chicken, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 2 teaspoons oregano and mix it well.
3. Make lemon sized balls of the chicken mix. Place a small cube of mozzarella cheese in the center and roll well into neat the balls.
4. Coat the chicken balls with all purpose flour first, then dip it in beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. Serve hot.
