All purpose flour - 80 grams
Corn flour - 100 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chili powder - 3 teaspoons
Tandoori masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Organic food colour - 1/8 teaspoon
Water
Boiled cauliflower - 300 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 3
Curry leaves - 8 - 10
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Tandoori masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl add 80 grams all purpose flour, 100 grams corn flour, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 teaspoon child powder, 1/4 teaspoon tandoori masala, 1/8 teaspoon organic food, water and mix well to a smooth paste.
2. Add 300 grams boiled cauliflower on it and mix it well.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet add 3 green chili, 8 - 10 curry leaves and stir.
5. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon child powder, 1/4 teaspoon tandoori masala, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, fried gobi and mix well. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
