Grilled Burger

Servings - 4

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Bell pepper - 40 grams
Carrots - 40 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Boiled mashed potatoes - 350 grams
Bread crumbs - 50 grams
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 teaspoons
Oil - for shallow frying
Cheese slices
Mayonnaise - 70 grams
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Cabbage - 50 grams
Carrots - 40 grams
Bell pepper - 40 grams
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Butter - for shallow frying & brushing
Bruger buns
Onion slice - to taste
Tomato slice - to taste
Tandoori mayonnaise - to taste
Cabbage - to taste
Ketchup - to taste

PREPARATION


1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon green chili and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
2. Then, add 40 grams bell pepper, 40 grams carrots and mix it well.
3. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
4. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
5. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
6. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
7. In a mixing bowl, add 350 grams boiled mashed potatoes, sauted veggies, 50 grams bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 2 teaspoons coriander and mix all the ingredients well.
8. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a patty.
9. Heat some oil in a grill pan, place the prepared patty on it and cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
10. Flip it gently. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
11. Place a cheese slice on top of it and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
12. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
13. In a mixing bowl, add 70 grams mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 50 grams cabbage, 40 grams carrots, 40 grams bell pepper, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
14. Heat some butter in a grill pan, add a burger bun on it.
15. Brush it with butter.
16. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes from both sides.
17. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
18. Add the prepared mayonnaise mixture on it and spread it evenly.
19. Add one onion slice and tomato slice on it.
20. Place the prepared patty on it.
21. Drizzle some tandoori mayonnaise on top of it.
22. Add some cabbage on it.
23. Take the another bun and add some ketchup on it.
24. Place it on the top of the burger.
25. Serve.
