Grilled Cheese Rollup with Creamy Mayo Garlic Dip

INGREDIENTS-

 

(For Grilled Cheese Rollups)

 

White bread slices - 10

 

Mother Dairy cheese slices - 10

 

Mother Dairy butter - for shallow frying

 

 

 

(For Creamy Mayo Garlic Dip)

 

Mayonnaise - 50 grams

 

Mother Dairy fresh cream - 40 grams

 

Salt - 1/8 teaspoon

 

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

 

Parsley - 1/2 teaspoon

 

Garlic - 2 teaspoons

 

Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons

 

 

 

PREPARATION

 

(For Grilled Cheese Rollups)

 

1. Take a bread slice, place it on a board.

 

2. Cut its sides and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.

 

3. Place a Mother Dairy cheese slice on it and roll it into a cylindrical shape.

 

4. Heat some Mother Dairy butter in a pan and shallow fry these until it turns golden brown from all sides.

 

5. Remove it from heat and drain it on absorbent paper.

 

6. Keep aside.

 

 

 

(For Creamy Mayo Garlic Dip)

 

1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix them well.

 

2. Serve with prepared grilled cheese rollups
