Grilled Paneer Methi Tikki

INGREDIENTS
Mint - 10 grams
Onions - 70 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Dry fenugreek leaves - 2 tablespoons
Paneer - 450 grams
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. Add 10 grams mint, 70 grams onions, 1 teaspoon green chili, 2 tablespoons dry fenugreek leaves in a blender and blend into smooth puree.
2. Add this mixture into 450 grams paneer, add 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon coriander, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon oil and mix well to combine.
3. Marinate 3 hour. Heat a grill pan with oil and fry this marinated paneer over low to medium heat till they are crisp and browned on all sides.
4. Garnish with chaat masala and coriander.
5. Serve.
