Tomato puree - 85 grams
Roasted gram flour - 30 grams
Cashew powder - 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/4 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 5
Nutmeg powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/2 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1/4 teaspoon
Fenugreek leaves - 1/4 teaspoon
Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Charcoal - 1
Paneer - 250 grams
Ghee - 1/4 teaspoon
Bell pepper - 75 grams (red, yellow, green)
Onions - 40 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 85 grams tomato puree, 30 grams roasted gram flour, 1 tablespoon cashew powder, 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 5 curry leaves, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1/2 tablespoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/4
teaspoon fenugreek leaves, 1 tablespoon oil, 2 tablespoons yogurt, 250 grams paneer and mix well to combine.
2. Place one hot and activated charcoal and pour in the 1/4 teaspoon ghee. Quickly cover bowl and let the paneer marinate for 1 hour.
3. In a mixing bowl, add 75 grams bell pepper(red, green, yellow), 40 grams onions and mix well.
4. Heat up grill pan and grease with oil.
5. Place the onions and bell peppers and cook till you see the one side is done, after which turn and cook till its done and you see some dark spots.
6. Heat uo grill pan and grease with oil, and place the marinated paneer. Cook the paneer in medium heat until done. About 30-45 seconds on each side.
7. Serve Hot.
