Homemade Garlic Cheese Bread

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Warm water - 220 milliliters

Yeast - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Sugar - 1 teaspoon

All purpose flour - 315 grams

Garlic salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Butter - 70 grams

Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon

Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon

Mozzarella cheese - to tase

Parmesan cheese - to taste

Coriander - to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 220 milliliters warm water, 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar and mix it well.

2. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes.

3. Add 315 grams all purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt and knead it into a dough.

4. Then, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and tuck the dough well.

5. Rest the dough for 1 hour.

6. In a bowl, add 70 grams butter, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning and mix it well.

7. Roll the dough into a ball and flatten it with a rolling pin.

8. Place it on a baking tray.

9. Spread the butter mixture on top of it.

10. Top with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and coriander.

11. Preheat the oven to 390°F/200 °C. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.

12. Cut it into pieces.

13. Serve.
