Honey BBQ Chicken Wrap

Corn flakes - 185 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon

Eggs - 2

Milk - 80 milliliters

Boneless chicken - 430 grams

All purpose flour - 155 grams

Barbecue sauce - 250 grams

Honey - 90 grams

Ketchup - 2 tablespoons

Sriracha sauce - 2 teaspoons

Grated broccoli - 65 grams

Cabbage - 65 grams

Carrot - 65 grams

Mayonnaise - 225 grams

Mustard sauce - 1 teaspoon

Honey - 40 grams

Apple cider vinegar - 2 teaspoons

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, add 185 grams corn flakes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon paprika and mix it well. Keep aside.

2. In a another bowl, add 2 eggs, 80 milliliters milk and mix it well. Keep aside.

3. In a mixing bowl, add 430 grams boneless chicken, 155 grams all purpose flour and mix it well.

4. Take a piece, dip it in egg mixture and then roll it in corn flakes mixture.

5. Place them on a baking tray.

6. Preheat the oven to 200°F/390°C. Bake for 10 minutes.

7. Take a pan, add 250 grams barbecue sauce, 90 grams honey, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce and stir well. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

8. Transfer the baked chicken in a bowl, pour the barbecue sauce over it and mix it well.

9. In a mixing bowl,, add 65 gram grated broccoli, 65 grams cabbage, 65 grams carrot, 225 grams mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon mustard sauce, 40 grams honey, 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon

lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.

10. Take a tortilla and place the broccoli cabbage mixture on it.

11. Place the barbecue chicken pieces on top of it.

12. Roll and secure with a toothpick. Cut it into half.

13. Serve immediately.
