Honey Sesame Chilli Potatoes
Servings - 4 - 5

 

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes - 500 grams
Corn flour - 50 grams
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Ketchup - 2 teaspoons
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon

For Sauce
Oil - 1/2 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Red chili sauce - 2 teaspoons
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
Honey - 1 1/2 tablespoons

 

PREPARATION


1. Take a potato and cut it into potato fingers.
2. In a mixing bowl add, add 500 grams potatoes, 50 grams corn flour, 1 teaspoon red chili, 2 teaspoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 teaspoon salt and mix well.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry until golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
4. Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic and saute for a minute. Add 2 teaspoons red chili sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 teaspoons vinegar and mix it well. Add fried potatoes and toss it well.
5. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons honey and mix well.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
7. Serve hot.
