INGREDIENTS
(For Chilli Paneer)
Paneer - 260 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 35 milliliters
Oil - 30 milliliters
Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Onions - 45 grams
Bell pepper - 100 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon
Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
Soy sauce - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Water - 30 milliliters

(For Pizza Topping Mixture)
Bell pepper - 195 grams
Onions - 45 grams
Sweet corn - 65 grams
Paneer - 65 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Jalapenos - 1 tablespoon
Pizza sauce - 120 grams

(For Yogurt Mint Chutney)
Coriander - 25 grams
Mint - 25 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 40 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 15 milliliters
Water - 100 milliliters
Yogurt - 130 grams

(For Assembling)
(Layer 1)
Bread slice
Butter - for brushing
Prepared green chutney - to taste
Tomato slices - to taste
Bell pepper - to taste
Chaat masala - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste

(Layer 2)
Bread slice
Butter - for brushing
Prepared green chutney - to taste
Pizza topping mixture - to taste
Chaat masala - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste

(Layer 3)
Bread slice
Butter - for brushing
Prepared green chutney - to taste
Prepared chilli paneer - to taste
Chaat masala - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste

(Layer 4)
Bread slice

Prepared green chutney - to taste
Pizza topping mixture - to taste
Chaat masala - to taste

(Layer 5)

Mayonnaise - to taste

PREPARATION


(For Chilli Paneer)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 260 grams paneer, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon corn flour and mix it well.
2. Rest for 10 - 15 minutes.
3. Heat 35 milliliters oil in a pan, add the marinated paneer in it and mix it well.
4. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
6. Heat 30 milliliters oil in a skillet, add 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger and stir well.
7. Then, add 45 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
8. Now, add 100 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
9. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
10. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon red chili and mix it well.
11. Add 2 teaspoons vinegar, 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 teaspoon sugar and mix it well.
12. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
13. Then, add 100 milliliters water and mix it well.
14. Bring it to a boil.
15. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon corn flour, 30 milliliters water and mix it well.
16. Pour the mixture into skillet and mix it well.
17. Now, add the cooked paneer and mix it well.
18. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
19. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

(For Pizza Topping Mixture)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Keep aside.

(For Yogurt Mint Chutney)
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except yogurt and blend it into a puree.
2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 130 grams yogurt and mix it well.
3. Keep aside.

(For Hulk Sandwich)
1. Take a bread slice and brush it with butter.
2. Add the prepared green chutney and spread it evenly.
3. Place tomato slices and bell pepper on it.
4. Sprinkle some chaat masala on it.
5. Top with mozzarella cheese.
6. Cover it with another slice of bread.
7. Brush it with butter.
8. Add the prepared green chutney and spread it evenly.
9. Add the prepared pizza topping on it and spread it evenly.
10. Sprinkle some chaat masala on it.
11. Top with mozzarella cheese.
12. Cover it with another slice of bread.
13. Brush it with butter.
14. Add the prepared green chutney and spread it evenly.
15. Add the prepared chilli paneer on it and spread it evenly.
16. Sprinkle some chaat masala on it.
17. Top with mozzarella cheese.
18. Now, repeat the pizza topping process one more time.
19. Place the bread slice on top of it.
20. Add some mayonnaise and spread it evenly.
21. Top with mozzarella cheese.
22. Sprinkle some chilli flakes on it.
23. Place it on a baking tray.
24. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
25. Remove it from oven.
26. Cut it into half.
27. Serve.
