Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Jaggery - 330 grams
Black salt - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Tamarind - 330 grams
Water - 60 milliliters
Powdered sugar
Sprinkles
Fondant
Water
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan, add 330 grams jaggery and stir continuously until the jaggery is melted.
2. Now, add 1 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder and mix well.
3. Add 330 grams tamarind in it and mix it again.
4. Then, add 60 milliliters water and mix well.
5. Turn off heat and allow it to cool down.
6. Take some mixture from it and then roll balls with your clean hands and roll them in powdered sugar.
7. Take a toothpick and prick three balls in it to make snowman body.
8. Decorate it with sprinkles to make eyes and buttons.
9. Take some fondant and make hat and muffler for it. (See video)
10. Garnish with powdered sugar.
