Italian Roasted Mushrooms and Veggies

INGREDIENTS

Mushroom - 250 grams

Cauliflower - 250 grams

Tomato - 250 grams

Garlic cloves - 12

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Italian seasoning - 1 tablespoon

Salt - to taste

Pepper - to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams mushroom, 250 grams cauliflower, 250 grams tomato, 12 garlic cloves and 2 tablespoons oil.

2. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon italian seasoning, salt and pepper as required.

3. Mix all the ingredients well.

4. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C and roast for 20 - 30 minutes or until mushrooms are golden brown and cauliflower is fork tender.

5. Serve hot and enjoy.
