INGREDIENTS

Water - 2 litres

Oil - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Pasta - 340 grams

Oil - 60 milliliters

Garlic - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 165 grams

Minced chicken - 500 grams

Bell pepper - 145 grams

Tomato - 470 grams

Salt - 2 teaspoons

Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons

Oregano - 2 teaspoons

Chilli flakes - 4 teaspoons

Sugar - 2 teaspoons

Ketchup - 90 grams

Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 litres water in a heavy pot, add 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 340 grams pasta and mix it well.

2. Bring it to a boil. Cook till the pasta is boiled.

3. Drain and keep aside.

4. Heat 60 milliliters oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon garlic and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

5. Add 165 grams onions and fry till translucent.

6. Then, add 500 grams minced chicken and mix it well.

7. Cook till the chicken is cooked through.

8. Cook on low heat for 7 - 10 minutes.

9. Now, add 145 grams bell pepper and mix it well.

10. Add 470 grams tomato and saute for 5 - 7 minutes or till the tomato turns soft and pulpy.

11. Then, add 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons cumin powder, 2 teaspoons oregano, 4 teaspoons chilli flakes, 2 teaspoons sugar and mix it well.

12. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.

13. Now, add the boiled pasta, 90 grams ketchup and mix it well.

14. Garnish with coriander.

15. Serve.
