KFC Chicken Drumstick

INGREDIENTS
Chicken legs - 12
Curd - 120 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 50 grams
Corn flour - 25 grams
Oats - 2 tablespoons
Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Blak pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs

 

PREPARATION


1. Add 12 chicken legs in a mixing bowl, 120 grams curd, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and mix well. Marinate overnight.
2. In a mixing bowl add 50 grams all purpose flour, 25 grams corn flour, 2 tablespoons oats, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
3. Now coat the leg pieces in bread crumb mixture.
4. Heat a sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and fry the coated leg pieces, fry until it becomes light golden in colour.
5. Remove the drumsticks from the frying pan and allow it to cool.
6. Dip the drumsticks in a eggs mixture and roll them in bread crumbs mixture.
7. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
8. Serve hot.
