Kurkure Chips Chaat

INGREDIENTS
(For Green Chutney)

Coriander - 30 grams
Mint - 30 grams
Onions - 60 grams
Garlic cloves - 2
Green chili - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 40 milliliters

(For Tamarind Chutney)
Tamarind water - 250 milliliters
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Jaggery powder - 2 teaspoons

(For Kurkure Chips Chaat)
Water - 400 milliliters
Green peas - 120 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Kurkure - 40 grams
Chips - 40 grams
Corn flakes - 20 grams
Onions - 70 grams
Tomato - 70 grams
Prepared tamarind chutney - 40 grams
Prepared mint chutney - 40 grams
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Sev - for garnishing
Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION


1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend it well.
2. Keep aside.

(For Tamarind Chutney)
1. Take a pan, add 250 milliliters tamarind water, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black salt, 1/4 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 2 teaspoons jaggery powder and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
4. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

(For Kurkure Chips Chaat)
1. Take a pan, add 400 milliliters water, 120 grams green peas and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
4. Remove it from heat and drain the peas.
5. Transfer this into a bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon oil and mix it well.
6. Transfer this into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
7. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for about 7 - 10 minutes.
8. Remove it from oven and keep aside.
9. In a mixing bowl, add 40 grams kurkure, 40 grams chips, 20 grams corn flakes, baked peas, 70 grams onions, 70 grams tomato, 40 grams prepared tamarind chutney, 40 grams prepared mint chutney, 1/4 teaspoon black salt, 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon red chili, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix all the ingredients well.
10. Garnish with sev and coriander.
11. Serve.
