Mac & Cheese Balls

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Cheese puffs - 200 grams

Butter - 50 grams

Milk - 110 milliliters

Cheddar cheese - 200 grams

Mozzarella cheese - 200 grams

Cream cheese - 240 grams

Boiled macaroni - 600 grams

All purpose flour - for coating

Egg wash - for coating

Oil - for frying

Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Crush cheese puffs into a fine powder and set aside.

2. Heat 50 grams butter in a skillet, add 110 milliliters milk, 200 grams cheddar cheese, 200 grams mozzarella cheese, 240 grams cream cheese and cook until all the cheese has melted and sauce is smooth.

3. Pour cheese sauce over boiled macaroni and mix it well.

4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

5. Take some mixture in your hand and make 1 inch balls.

6. Roll them in all purpose flour, dip them in egg wash and coat them in the powdered cheese puffs.

7. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

8. Garnish with coriander.

9. Serve hot.
