INGREDIENTS


Maggi Burger Serving - 3 INGREDIENTS Butter - 2 tablespoons Onion - 30 grams Tomato - 30 grams Bell pepper - 30 grams Carrot - 30 grams Green beans - 20 grams Salt - 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli sauce - 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon Maggi - 170 grams Water - 500 milliliters Maggi masala - 1 1/2 tablespoon Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon Mayonnaise - 30 grams Ketchup - 2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce - 1 tablespoon Butter - 1 tablespoon Burger bun - 3 Romaine lettuce - 30 grams Cheese slice - 3 Tandoori mayonnaise - 30 grams Onion - 50 grams Tomato - 50 grams Ketchup - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a pan add 30 grams onion and sauté for a minute. 2. Now, add 30 grams tomato, 30 grams bell pepper, 30 grams carrot, and 20 grams green beans. Mix well. 3. Cook for 1-2 minutes. 4. Then, add 1/4 teaspoon salt , 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon red chilli and give it a stir. 5. Now, add 1/2 tablespoon red chili sauce and 1/2 teaspoon vinegar. Mix well., 6. Add 170 grams maggi and stir well. 7. Add 500 milliliters water and cook for 2-3 minutes. 8. Then, add 1 1/2 tablespoons maggi masala and mix well. 9. Cook for a minute on medium heat. 10. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes and 1/2 teaspoon oregano and give it a stir. 11. Remove the pan from heat. 12. On a flat board, place ring mould and add prepared maggi in it. 13. Press it with the help of spoon. 14. Now, remove the ring mould and keep the maggie aside. 15. In a small mixing bowl, add 30 grams mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup and 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce, mix well and keep aside. 16. Heat a griddle and spread 1 tablespoon butter on it . 17. Now, heat burger bun from both sides. 18. Now, take a bun and place it on the flat surface. 19. Apply prepared sauce on it , put a lettuce , cheese slice and prepared maggi patty. 20. Now, apply tandoori mayonnaise over it and place onion and tomato slices over it. 21. Now, take the other bun and apply ketchup on it and cover top of the burger. 22. Serve hot.
