Maggi Chow Mein

INGREDIENTS


Water - 800 milliliters

Maggi - 210 grams

Oil - 20 milliliters

Spring onions - 30 grams

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Cabbage - 50 grams

Carrots - 50 grams

Bell pepper - 90 grams

Salt - 3/4 teaspoon

Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Red chili sauce - 30 grams

Vinegar - 1 teaspoon

Maggi massai - 20 grams

PREPARATION

1. Take a pan, add 800 milliliters water, 210 grams maggi noodles and mix it well.

2. Bring it to a boil.

3. Strain the maggi and keep aside.

4. Heat 20 milliliters oil in a skillet, add 30 grams spring onions and fry till translucent.

5. Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and stir for a minute.

6. Then, add 50 grams cabbage, 50 grams carrots, 90 grams bell pepper and mix it well.

7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

8. Add 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 30 grams red chili sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 20 grams maggi masala and mxi it well.

9. Now, add the maggi in it and mix it well.

10. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

11. Remove it from heat.

12. Serve.
