Paneer Makhmali Kebab

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes - 300 grams
Water - 1200 milliliters
Grated paneer - 200 grams
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Roasted gram flour - 100 grams
Cashew powder - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Green cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Ghee - for brushing
(For Green Chutney)
Mint - 25 grams
Coriander - 25 grams
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 2
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Water - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
1. Take a pot, add 300 grams potatoes, 1200 milliliters water and cover it with lid.
2. Boil for 10 - 15 minutes.
3. Remove it from heat.
4. Peel the potatoes and mash them with the help of a masher.
5. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add 200 grams grated paneer, 2 teaspoons green chili, 2 tablespoons coriander, 100 grams roasted gram flour, 2 tablespoons cashew powder, 1
teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala and mix all the ingredients well.
6. Take some mixture in your hand and flatten it with help of you fingers.
7. Take a skewer and place it on the mixture.
8. Press each part along the length of a skewer to make a kebab.
9. Place it on a baking tray.
10. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 5 - 7 minutes.
11. Remove it from oven and brush it with butter.
12. Again bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color.
13. Remove it from oven and keep aside.
(For Green Chutney)
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend it into a smooth puree.
2. Serve the prepared kebab with it.
