INGREDIENTS


Cabbage - 150 grams

Bell pepper - 210 grams

Carrots - 70 grams

Onions - 100 grams

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Corn flour - 30 grams

All purpose flour - 150 grams

Water - 100 milliliters

Oil - for frying

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Ginger - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 85 grams

Bell pepper - 200 grams

Cabbage - 90 grams

Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons

Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon

Ketchup - 50 grams

Vinegar - 2 teaspoons

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Water - 250 milliliters

Corn flour - 2 teaspoons

Water - 30 milliliters

Spring onions - 20 grams

Boiled noodles - 150 grams

Corn flour - 30 grams

Oil - for frying

Butter - for shallow frying

Pav buns

Schezwan sauce - to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams cabbage, 210 grams bell pepper, 70 grams carrots, 100 grams onions, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 30 grams corn flour, 150 grams all purpose flour, 100 milliliters water and mix it well.

2. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a ball.

3. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.

4. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.

5. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger and stir well.

6. Then, add 85 grams onions and fry till translucent.

7. Now, add 200 grams bell pepper and mix it well.

8. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

9. Add 90 grams cabbage and mix it well.

10. Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce, 50 grams ketchup, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

powder and mix it well.

11. Then, add 250 milliliters water and mix it well.

12. Bring it to a boil.

13. In a bowl, add 2 teaspoons corn flour, 30 milliliters water and mix it well.

14. Pour the batter into the mixture and mix it well.

15. Cook until the gravy thickens.

16. Now, add the prepared manchurian balls in it and mix it well.

17. Add 20 grams spring onions and mix it again.

18. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

19. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

20. In a bowl, add 150 grams boiled noodles, 30 grams corn flour and mix it well.

21. Spread the noodles on tray and rest them for 15 minutes.

22. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.

23. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.

24. Heat some butter in a pan, add the pav buns on it.

25. Cook for 2 - 3minutes on medium heat from both sides.

26. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.

27. Cut it into half.

28. Add some schezwan sauce on it and spread it evenly.

29. Add the prepared manchurian in it.

30. Top with fried noodles.

31. Serve hot.
