Matar Chaat

INGREDIENTS

Soaked white peas - 200 grams

Water - 550 milliliters

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Tomato - 125 grams

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Ginger - 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION

1. Take a pot, add 200 grams soaked white peas, 550 milliliters water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

2. Bring it to a boil and boil for 30 minutes or until cooked.

3. Transfer this into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 125 grams tomato, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons coriander and mix all the ingredients well.

4. Serve.
