INGREDIENTS

Paneer - 280 grams
Sweet chilli sauce - 50 grams
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 30 grams
Carrots - 100 grams
Cauliflower - 100 grams
Bell pepper - 300 grams
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Fresh cream - 100 grams
Wheat flour - 200 grams
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 250 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 280 grams paneer, 50 grams sweet chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon cumin powder and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Heat 30 grams butter in a skillet, add 100 grams carrots and mix it well.
4. Then, add 100 grams cauliflower and mix it again.
5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Now, add 300 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
7. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
8. Add 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oregano and mix it well.
9. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
10. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a another skillet, add the marinated paneer and mix it well.
11. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
12. Then, add the cooked veggies and mix it well.
13. Now, add 100 grams fresh cream and mix it well.
14. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
15. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams wheat flour, 100 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
16. Add 250 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
17. Rest the dough for 10 - 15 minutes.
18. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
19. Place it on a hot tawa and cook until it turns golden brown in color from bots sides.
20. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
21. Add the prepared paneer on it.
22. Roll it tightly and prick toothpick in it.
23. Serve.
