Mixed Veg Fried Mini Idli

INGREDIENTS
Semolina - 275 grams
Yogurt - 175 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 250 milliliters
Fruit salt - 2 teaspoons
Water - 50 milliliters
Oil - 25 milliliters
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 90 grams
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Curry leaves - 1 tablespoon
Green beans - 45 grams
Tomato - 30 grams
Carrots - 70 grams
Bell pepper - 200 grams
Ketchup - 50 grams
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Coconut - 1 tablespoon
Spring onions - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 275 grams semolina, 175 grams yogurt, 1 teaspoon salt, 250 milliliters water and mix it well.
2. Rest the mixture for 20 minutes.
3. Add 2 teaspoons fruit salt, 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
4. Add the mixture into the idli maker.
5. Place it in a pot filled with boiling water.
6. Cover it with lid and steam for 8 - 10 minutes.
7. Open the lid and remove it from heat.
8. Heat 25 milliliters oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon mustard seeds and stir for 2 - 3 minutes.
9. Then, add 90 grams onions and fry till translucent.
10. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 tablespoon curry leaves and mix it well.
11. Now, add 45 grams green beans, 30 grams tomato and mix it well.
12. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
13. Add 70 grams carrots, 200 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
14. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
15. Add 50 grams ketchup, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon coconut and mix it well.
16. Now, add the prepared idli, 1 tablespoon spring onions and mix it well.
17. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
18. Remove it from heat.
19. Serve.
