Mushroom Canapes

INGREDIENTS

Oil - for frying
Canapes - 12 pieces
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 85 grams
Mushrooms - 210 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
Thyme - 1/4 teaspoon
Fresh cream - 80 grams
Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION


1. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet, add the canapés in it and fry until it turns golden brown in color.
2. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper. Keep aside.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet, add 85 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
4. Then, add 210 grams mushrooms and mix it well.
5. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
6. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon thyme and mix it well.
7. Now, add 80 grams fresh cream and mix it well.
8. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
9. Remove it from heat
10. Fill the fried canapés with prepared mushrooms stuffing.
11. Garnish with coriander.
12. Serve.
