Mushroom Spinach & Cheese Frittata

INGREDIENTS

Butter - 15 grams

Onions - 100 grams

Mushrooms - 100 grams

Spinach - 160 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Eggs - 6

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Milk - 60 milliliters

Cheddar cheese - 120 grams

 

PREPARATION

  1. Heat 15 grams butter in a skillet, add 100 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
  2. Then, add 100 grams mushrooms and mix it well.
  3. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
  4. Now, add 160 grams spinach, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
  5. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
  6. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
  7. In a mixing bowl, add 6 eggs and whisk it well.
  8. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 60 milliliters milk and mix it well.
  9. Then, add the cooked mushrooms, 120 grams cheddar cheese and mix it well.
  10. Pour the mixture into the oven pan.
  11. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes.
  12. Remove it from oven.
  13. Garnish with coriander.
  14. Cut it into slices.
  15. Serve.
