Mushroom Stuffed with Paneer
Servings - 5 - 6

 

INGREDIENTS
Mushrooms - 250 grams
Paneer - 90 grams
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Raisin - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 2 teaspoons

 

PREPARATION


1. Wash the mushrooms and remove the thick stems and keep aside.
2. In a bowl, add 90 grams paneer, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon raisin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon green chili, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix well.
3. Fill each mushrooms with little of the paneer stuffing and keep aside.
4. Heat the 2 teaspoons butter in a skillet, place all the stuffed mushrooms in the skillet, cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
5. Turn over the mushrooms gently and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, or till all the water has been evaporated.
6. Serve immediately.
