No Fry Gravy Manchurian

INGREDIENTS
Bell pepper - 80 grams
Carrots - 40 grams
Cabbage - 40 grams
Onions - 30 grams
All purpose flour - 30 grams
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Spring onions - 20 grams
Onions - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 100 grams
Cabbage - 50 grams
Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
Ketchup - 2 1/2 tablespoons
Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 400 milliliters
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Water - 50 milliliters
Spring onions - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 80 grams bell pepper, 40 grams carrots, 40 grams cabbage, 30 grams onions, 30 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and mix it well.
2. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a ball.
3. Place it on a baking tray.
4. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes.
5. Remove it from oven and keep aside.
6. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic and stir well.
7. Then, add 20 grams spring onions and mix it well.
8. Add 50 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
9. Now, add 100 grams bell pepper, 50 grams cabbage and mix it well.
10. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
11. Add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons vinegar, 2 1/2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and mix it well.
12. Then, add 400 milliliters water and mix it well.
13. Bring it to a boil.
14. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon corn flour, 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
15. Pour the batter into the skillet and mix it well.
16. Now, add the baked manchurian balls in it and mix it well.
17. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
18. Add 1 tablespoon spring onions and mix it well.
19. Cook for an other 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
20. Remove it from heat.
21. Garnish with spring onions.
22. Serve hot.
