INGREDIENTS
Warm milk - 250 milliliters
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Yeast - 1 tablespoon
Wheat flour - 310 grams
All purpose flour - 155 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 100 grams
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 2 teaspoons
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 50 milliliters
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Milk - for brushing
Onion slices - to taste
Coriander - to taste
Red chili - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 milliliters warm milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon yeast and mix it well.
2. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Add 310 grams wheat flour, 155 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 2 tablespoons oil, 100 grams onions, 1 tablespoon garlic, 2 teaspoons cumin
seeds, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon green chili and mix it well.
4. Add 50 milliliters milk and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
5. Then, add 1 tablespoon oil and tuck the dough well.
6. Rest the dough for 1 hour.
7. Roll the dough and divide it into equal portions.
8. Take a portion and roll it into a ball.
9. Cover it with cloth and rest for 30 minutes.
10. Brush it with milk, garnish with onion slices and red chili.
11. Preheat the oven to 4000°F/200 °C. Bake for 20 minutes.
12. Serve.
