Paneer - 500 grams
Hot water - 500 milliliters
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Corn flour - 30 grams
All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Oil - for frying
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 100 grams
Green chili - 2
Curry leaves - 12
Yogurt - 120 grams
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 500 grams paneer, 500 milliliters hot water and soak for 10 minutes.
2. Remove the water from it.
3. Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 30 grams corn flour, 1 tablespoon all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
4. Marinate for 1 hour.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until it turns golden brown and crispy.
6. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
7. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
8. Add 1 teaspoon garlic and stir again.
9. Then, add 100 grams onions and fry till translucent.
10. Add 2 green chili, 12 curry leaves and mix it well.
11. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
12. Now, add 120 grams yogurt and mix it well.
13. Bring it to a boil.
14. Add 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir well.
15. Now, add the fried paneer in it and mix it well.
16. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
17. Serve hot.
