Paneer and Bell Pepper Crispies

INGREDIENTS
Melted butter - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 2 tablespoons
Bell pepper - 2 tablespoons
Grated paneer - 40 grams
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Bread slice
Butter
Paneer - to taste
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 2 tablespoons onions and saute for a minute.
2. Add 2 tablespoons bell pepper, 40 grams grated paneer, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon chilli sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Take a bread slice, cut out rounds from the bread. Place it on the pan.
4. Brush it with melted butter and toast them until crisp.
5. Spread a portion of the filling on the top of the bread and sprinkle paneer over it. Cover it with another bread slice.
6. Serve hot.
