(For Dough)
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 170 millilites
(For Stuffing)
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 130 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons
Red chili paste - 2 tablespoons
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Cashew paste - 45 grams
Curd - 55 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Paneer - 200 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Onions - to taste
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Oil - for shallow frying
PREPARATION
(For Dough)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 170 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
(For Stuffing)
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
2. Add 130 grams onions and fry till translucent.
3. Then, add 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Now, add 2 tablespoons red chili paste, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
5. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons coriander powder, 45 grams cashew paste, 55 grams curd, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
6. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
7. Now, add 200 grams paneer and mix it well.
8. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it again.
9. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
(Rest of the Preparation)
1. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of rolling pin to make a thin roti.
2. Add some paneer stuffing on top of it.
3. Then, add some onions and vinegar.
4. Roll it tightly and seal the edges.
5. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry these till golden brown and crispy from all sides.
6. Cut it into half.
7. Serve hot with ketchup.
