Oil - 2 teaspoons
Spring onions - 30 grams
Paneer - 100 grams
Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams
Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
Water - 2
Spring roll sheets
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 30 grams spring onions and saute for a few seconds.
2. Add 100 grams paneer, 50 grams mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Combine 2 tablespoons all purpose flour and 2 tablespoons water in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
4. Take a spring roll sheet and place a portion of the filling at one corner of the sheet. Roll it up tightly starting from the end where the filling is placed to make a cigar.
5. Seal the edge of the spring roll sheet using a little of the all purpose flour water paste.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry until golden brown from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
7. Serve immediately with ketchup.
