Paneer Chilli Dosa

INGREDIENTS

Butter - 2 tablespoons

Onions - 60 grams

Bell pepper - 30 grams

Cabbage - 60 grams

Tomato - 80 grams

Ketchup - 2 tablespoons

Chilli garlic sauce - 2 teaspoons

Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 2 teaspoons

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Paneer - 200 grams

Water

Dosa batter

Butter

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a pan, add 60 grams onions and fry till translucent.

2. Add 30 grams bell pepper, 60 grams cabbage and saute for 5 - 7 minutes or till the bell pepper turns soft.

3. Then, add 80 grams tomato and saute till it turns soft and pulpy.

4. Now, add 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 teaspoons chilli garlic sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and mix it well.

5. Add 2 teaspoons red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon salt and mxi it well.

6. Add 200 grams paneer and mix it well.

7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes. Keep aside.

8. Heat a tawa, sprinkle some water and wipe off completely.

9. Now, pour a ladle full of dosa batter and spread gently.

10. Add some butter and spread it gently.

11. Then, add the prepared paneer on it.

12. Scrape the dosa from sides and fold it completely.

13. Serve hot with ketchup.
