Paneer Hot Dog

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Onions - 75 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato Puree - 45 milliliters
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Paneer - 200 grams
Cilantro - 1 tablespoon
Hot dog

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 75 grams onions and saute till light brown.
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 45 milliliters tomato puree, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and stir.
3. Add 200 grams paneer, 1 tablespoon cilantro and mix well.
4. Take a hot dog, give it a horizontal slit without cutting it fully.
5. Now stuff the hotdog with the filling.
6. Serve hot with ketchup.
