Paneer Missi Roti

INGREDIENTS

Gram flour - 150 grams

Wheat flour - 100 grams

Grated paneer - 130 grams

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Oil - 1 tablespoon

Water - 150 milliliters

Oil - for brushing

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
  2. Rest the dough for 15 - 20 minutes.
  3. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
  4. Heat a pan, place the roti on it and cook on moderate heat for three minutes. Turn it and brush it with oil.
  5. Shallow fry over low heat. Flip it gently and brush the other side too.
  6. Cook on low heat till golden brown. 
  7. Remove it from heat.
  8. Serve with curd.
